Nick McCalmont-Woods, MRICS, SIOR
Founder & Principal
Nick McCalmont-Woods is a Chartered Surveyor with over 40 years’ experience in commercial real estate.
His long career in London offices began in 1984 when he joined international real estate consultants Jones Lang Wootton in its City of London office.
After 16 years with JLW (by then JLL) he joined GVA Grimley to help grow its London City office (becoming an Equity Partner in 2001) and where he co-founded GVA Connect, a successful data center advisory business.
Nick established MWRE as an independent, specialist commercial real estate occupier agency in early 2008.
London: Nick’s leadership extends to co-founding the Tenant Representation Advisors Society (TRADS), promoting excellence in tenant advocacy and serving on the Board of FIDES, a trusted independent network for financial and professional services organisations.
International: Nick serves on the Board of ITRA Global, the global tenant advocacy powerhouse for conflict-free occupier representation and is an International Member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
