Gradually the instruction was expanded to include the Ground floor (North) and Ground Floor (South) accommodation with Knight Frank replacing CBRE as joint letting agent.
McCalmont-Woods’ successful completion of a letting to Ohal (part of WPP) on the Ground floor (South & atrium) for a term of 13 years generated over £2.7 million sublease income for Prudential.
