Sky Hub is a new construction of three additional office floors, developed by Gaw Capital and completed in December 2023, which sit on top of the mixed-use development at nos.123 and 151 Buckingham Palace Road, the superstructure of which is supported on a transfer structure at ground level over the platforms and railway lines of Victoria Station below.
The acquisition of Sky Hub will see the business relocate from its existing office at Cardinal Pace, 100 Victoria Street (11,300 sq ft) to its new home at Sky Hub, 123/151 Buckingham Place Road (42,400 sq ft) representing a 275% increase in office floorspace in its preferred location in London Victoria.
